In its debut tournament, Red Bull Switch Up 2016 saw teams from across the UK take on an exciting new playing format in this highly anticipated one-day netball event in Manchester.

EventCity set the stage for a fast-paced and action-packed round-robin tournament, showcasing a new and alternative playing format to an enthusiastic varsity and club netball audience.

Rob Westworth, Event Director, said: "We had a great experience working with EventCity on the recent Red Bull Switch Up event. The venue is really versatile and the staff are extremely flexible with the space and the production opportunities in this arena. The event was a success and a huge part of that was due to the team at EventCity."

The action-packed contest was dominated by two Mancunian teams, with the University of Manchester eventually walking away victorious from a closely fought final against Manchester Met.
