We have corporate catering down to a fine art. Our in-house Executive Chef and his team will create menus which will delight your delegates and visitors while sticking to your budget.  

Our creative and knowledgeable chefs are la crème de la crème of the corporate catering world, so you can enjoy a range of options from snacks, finger foods, buffets to multi-course tasting menus, drinks packages and wine and food pairings.

We can cater for 4 people having a small meeting, or 3,500+ enjoying a glamorous gala dinner.  From two courses to eight courses, amuse-bouches to digestifs, to the choice is yours.

We guarantee (and your taste buds will agree) that all the food we cook will be delicious, freshly-cooked, seasonal and regional. Sustainability is close to our hearts, so ingredients will be locally sourced where possible from local farms and shores.  Everything is cooked on the premises, and looks as good as it tastes. We do everything we can to reduce air miles and maintain client smiles.

Some of your delegates may be in the mood for something hearty. Others might prefer a healthy option.  We always make sure that there’s something for everyone. Gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and other dietary options are also always available. If you have any specific dietary requests, allergies or preferences we’ll be happy to accommodate you.

 

Our food and drinks packages are guaranteed to create the ambiance and experience you want. We can also advise on room layout, decorations and entertainment: from bands and disco lights to classical quartets and fire jugglers, you name it; we’ve booked it!
