3. Size

How many delegates are you expecting? EventCity’s halls are sized at 2,370 sq.m., 4,117 sq.m., 5,850 sq.m. and 16,000 sq.m. respectively. Not sure which is best for your needs? You can use them separately; combine one or more halls together; or even exclusively hire the entire 28,000 sq.m. venue if you need it.

4. Technical support

If you’re standing up in front of 3,500-plus people to deliver that crucial presentation, you want to know that the tech isn’t going to fail you. If you’re not a whizz at lighting rigging (frankly, why would you be?) and you don’t know how to wire a mic so everyone at the back can hear, then you’re going to need a team behind the scenes that do.
