Hawthorns

 

Hawthorns have recently completed their installation at EventCity's Hall 4. This space now designated to hold conferences, gala dinners and events now boasts an impressive permanent Lighting and Sound installation. The venue consists of over 4 kilometres of Lighting cabling, 100 high powered LED light fittings, 315 meters of Starcloth and over 400 meters of heavy duty trussing. In addition to this a full background sound system has been installed comprising of 48 speakers all controlled via sound web giving the user full zone able access to the system. This system was installed as part of the new partnership between Hawthorns and EventCity.

HUB

An independent operator in the IT and WiFi market place, HUB are responsible for the installation and management of EventCity’s IT infrastructure. Creating a WiFi coverage that can be flexed to suit your exact needs – from 256kb to 200mb (up AND down), HUB will be on site throughout your event to ensure that your expectations are exceeded.

Cardinal Helicopter Services 

Cardinal Helicopter Services offers the opportunity to travel in style in our own deluxe helicopter, which delivers a superior level of comfort and luxury and can seat up to eight passengers in the spacious cabin.
